I have been competitive bodybuilding my entire life and I have been very good at it, but it was not until I began working with Alex Ramirez and Rosemary Jennings that I went from being very good to great to being a Champion! The last 10 years with them as my trainers, my coaches, my advisors and my mentors have been the most successful years of my bodybuilding career. The opportunity to work with them was the pinnacle of my 14-year bodybuilding career; I was catapulted into a new dimension athletically, personally, and spiritually. They are dear to my heart.

The introduction to training and dietary changes as a pro before I was one was both educational and inspirational. I followed their diet and training plan as suggested by them and the results were phenomenal!

Rose has an exceptional eye for adding touches that accentuate a competitor’s overall look. My final presentations always shocked me! 

Alex has the focus of a laser beam, drawing you into his voice. When you are on stage you only hear his voice, the connection is magnetic! The posing practice was brutal but gave me the competitive edge that not only earned me a pro card but also a top 5 placement in my pro debut.

Alex and Rose make a great team, the stress of competition at that level can be overwhelming. It was nice to have the plan laid out for me. All I had to do was follow their direction.  I was introduced to Alex and Rose from a mutual friend back in 2018 while in the USA . Immediately I signed up with them to coach and guide me in my fitness goals. They are not only exceptional coaches but above all they are a family for me. They are mentors and their approach to me has always been the best I could experience. So much can be said about Alex Ramirez and Rosemary Jennings but, I will try not to pen a novel and condense all their great qualities into a few paragraphs (As challenging as it is). Alex and Rose are much more than trainers and coaches, they are educators, motivators, inspirations and even on occasion comedians.

One may ask what bearing all this has? …well unlike other ‘fitness experts’ who can only rattle out instructions and prescribe, they take time to explain in detail the whys and how’s. It’s not a cookie cutter blueprint but one that is specifically designed for you and the clients learn along the way.

Not only do they have over fifty years combined experience but have lived the life as both were competitors with Rose gracing the Olympia stage on several occasions. This gives them an in-depth insight and understanding of all that is required to compete at the World’s Top Level…another advantage for their clients as they know how to assist with the ‘stress’ that athletes undergo.

Earlier I mentioned they comedic ability, dare I say another tool in their arsenal. Sure, it’s possible here now to quote the medical benefits of laughter but will simply say that they know it’s lightening the load and adds relaxation. Anyone who has worked with them can count themselves fortunate to have experienced the ‘magic’. In the end, no matter the on-stage result there is a satisfaction that can’t be aptly described.

My name is Amanda Moran, I am 57 years old and I am an IFBB Professional Figure competitor. I began my career at the age of 43 and my goal once I began competing was to become a professional in the figure division.. In 2006, I secured my first personal training coach and began competing. During the first 3 years I enjoyed a moderate level of success and placed no lower than 8th in any show and actually won a few titles on the smaller regional scale. However, I went on to the National level and the summer of 2009, I was training with a well known team from South Florida, but the diet and workouts were not designed for my physique and goals. I was given programs that had me diet so severely that my physique was regressing. I knew that to succeed I would need a ​trainer​ that had the moral fiber, ethical principles and was invested in me as an athlete.
